NOTICE:

To enter, contestant (“Participant”) must be 18 years or older at the time of entry. This contest is void in the states where it is prohibited or restricted by laws in that state. Employees (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household) of Royal Enfield, Eicher Motors Ltd. and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, parents and related companies, promotion agencies and any and all other companies associated with the Contest (“Royal Enfield” or “Sponsor”) are not eligible to participate. The term “immediate family member” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, registered domestic partners, siblings, children, nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, complete the entry form in its entirety via iPad/mobile device present at Royal Enfield participating events. To see the full list of events, visit www.winaroyalenfield.com/events/. Only one entry per person or valid email address will be accepted. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

By submitting an entry, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and acknowledge that non-compliance will result in disqualification. No late submissions will be accepted or considered. Prizes will be awarded to the registrant of the email address or participant identified in the entry.
Any use of automated entry devices is prohibited.

LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ADDRESS. If there is a dispute regarding who the email address belongs to, it will be deemed submitted by the email account holder. If multiple entries are received for one person or one email address, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries containing false or fraudulent information will be disqualified. Winners must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Form and Liability and Publicity Release and provide evidence of identity and age with valid state or federally issued identification (i.e. driver license, passport). All information collected through the Sweepstakes will only be used for Royal Enfield marketing purposes and will not be sold or rented to anyone.

DURATION OF SWEEPSTAKES

This sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m., CST, on November 16, 2018 and ends at 11:59 p.m., CST, on November 15, 2019. Eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m., PST, on November 15, 2019 will participate in the prize drawing.

SELECTION OF WINNER

Winners will be selected by random drawing on or about November 15, 2019 by an independent judging agency from all eligible entries timely received. Winners will be notified by e-mail or United States mail within 15 days of the drawing.

ROYAL ENFIELD NORTH AMERICA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR, LATE, LOST, MISDIRECTED OR INCOMPLETE ENTRIES, COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS, UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO NOTIFY A WINNER, ANY INJURY OR LOSSES CAUSED BY A PRIZE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

PRIZES

Sponsor will award one grand prize as follows: a 2019 Royal Enfield Himalayan. Approximate Retail Value: $4,500.00.  In the event that this particular model becomes unavailable for any reason, a similar model shall be substituted and will constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Total ARV of all prizes is approximately $4,500. No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize or prize component is permitted, except by Royal Enfield in its sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for any taxes associated with the prizes. 

LEGAL CONDITIONS

All federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All federal, state and local taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes), and any and all title, license and/or registration fees and/or charges related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize winner will be required to execute (and have notarized) a Affidavit of Eligibility, Prize Acceptance Form and Liability and Publicity Release (“Releases”) which must be returned to and received by Sponsor within ten (10) days from winner’s receipt of the Releases, unless prohibited by law. The Prize winner will also be required to send a copy of their passport, driver’s license, or birth certificate as proof of age, plus a copy of their motorcycle license or permit if required. Any failure to comply with the foregoing will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen. Return of the Prize, the prize notification, or the Releases as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Each winner’s entry into the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its affiliates to use the winner’s name, address (city and state) and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitations online, unless prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Sweepstakes and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules, will be ineligible for the Prize and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. If, for reasons beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or bugs or infection by computer virus, Sponsor at its sole discretion, reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the Sweepstakes, without liability. Sponsor is not responsible for its own or any entrant’s computer system, hardware, software or program malfunction or other errors, failures, delayed computer or email transmissions or network connections that are either human or technical in nature.

This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.

Disclaimers

All Sweepstakes entrants agree that Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Sponsor Affiliates”), shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance or use, including misuse, of the Prize, or any entrant’s participation in Sweepstakes, or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, transmission line, computer system or network, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Sponsor Affiliates are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or third person’s computer related to or resulting from the sweepstakes or the Prize. The Sponsor Affiliates are not liable for damage to a user’s computer system in any way due to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading any information in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the Sweepstakes in the event that it comes technically corrupted.

The Prize is awarded “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except for any warranties that may be contained in the manufacturer’s warranty, and the winner of the Prize must look solely to the manufacturer for such warranties, if any.
